The supreme decision making authority in Autismisäätiö is entrusted in the Board of Autismisäätiö. Chairman of the Board is the closest superior to Foundation's Executive Director.

Ritva Ulander, Executive Director, is the head of Autismisäätiö operations. Both the extended and the concise management teams operate under her leadership.
