Employment services
We provide Activity Centre- and Getting Employed services in capital area and in Kotka. Services can be segmented into Daytime Activity Services, Activity Centre Services, Rehabilitative Employment Services and Employment Training - each time corresponding individually to the client's specific service requirements.
The aim is to improve client's ability to function and to enhance their own life management capacity. The service is based on expertise over autism spectrum disorders, executed through an individual rehabilitation plan sensitive to client's personal needs.
The structure, form and duration of the service is planned out in cooperation with the client, their social network and the relevant municipal social- and labour authorities.
